The tuition fees you pay are mostly determined by your fee status. What is my student fee status?
Tuition fees
Total fees for a two-year masters course are subject to change and are provided for guidance only.
2021/22
Home (Scottish) and RUK: year one fee £6,000, year two fee £2,000, full two-year fee total £8,000*.
EU and International: year one fee £13,500, year two fee £4,500, full two-year fee total £18,000*.
2022/23
Home (Scottish) and RUK: year one fee £6,500, year two fee £2,000, full two-year fee total £8,500*.
EU and International: year one fee £14,500, year two fee £4,500, full two-year fee total £19,000*.
* If you start a two-year masters course but graduate after one year, you will only pay the year one fee. Tou will not be required to pay the year two fee.
Payment plans
Payments are made each year. For example, in 2021, Home and RUK students paid £6,000 for year one and paid the balance of £2,000 in year two. Similarly, in 2021, International and EU students paid £13,500 for year one and the balance of £4,500 in year two.

Graduating after year one
If you decide to graduate after one year, fees for year one will be required only, you will not be required to pay year two fees.
Additional costs
As a student at the University, there are additional fees and costs which may or may not apply to you, but that you should be aware of.
