  • Beyond Bling Beyond Bling: Comparing Conspicuous Consumption in Today's Society

    This project, which was funded by the British Academy and led by Professor Paurav Shukla at GCU, looks at the influence of economic conditions on contemporary conspicuous consumption tendencies among consumers in the UK and India.

  • EMIC Eramus Mundus Intercultural Competence (EMIC) project

    This research programme is being funded by the European Commission and led by the Glasgow Caledonian University, offers students the opportunity to gain educational experience in at least two counties that have different teaching and learning models, as well as different culture and traditions.
